Offering several different spaces for your event needs

Bassett Building with its 284 seat Wood Auditorium - acoustically tuned hall, comfortable seats for mature audiences, no restricted view seats, professional sound and lighting available (see right for details), addition spaces for receptions and a "green room" for presenters and performing artists.

Douglas Reed House & Grounds - a catering dream, modern kitchen, 50 seat banquet room, additional serving/buffet area and attractive grounds with herb and sculpture gardens

Daniels Building Music and Dance Studios - each a 900 square feet studio for lectures or demonstrations

Base Rate is the minimum fee for up to two hours. Additional use beyond 2 hours will be charged at the hourly rate. Custodial charge is$17.50 per hour. Custodian required during rental hours plus one hour before and one hour afterwards for set up and cleaning. Additional time may be required for extensive set up or cleaning. Rentals include use of FAC chairs and tables.

Rental requires a non-refundable $50 deposit. Balance payable 2 weeks prior to the rental date.

Professional Sound and Lights

The Wood Auditorium is equipped with professional theatre lighting and sound systems that require a Fine Arts Center approved technician to operate during events. Arrangements for the use of theatre lighting and sounds systems must be coordinated well in advance and must include the hiring of an approved technician. Both the lighting and sound systems offer a professional quality environment for your performance or presentation.

Fees for use of either the Wood Auditorium theatre lighting or sound system or both systems:

1. Equipment use - $25 per hour
2. Technician - $25 per hour which includes the time for set-up and design of lighting and sound support as necessary for the users needs.
