The Academy is an innovative two-year fellowship program created by Carnegie Hall and The Juilliard School for the country's finest young professional musicians, providing performance opportunities, advanced musical training, and the opportunity to work in partnership with a K-12 music teacher in a New York City public school. In addition, they have a passionate desire to push beyond the formal concert setting, and bring music to the public, in hopes of garnering a greater connection between our society and the arts.
